Do I need a doctor's referral to visit?

No, you do not need a referral. Physiotherapists are primary healthcare practitioners. However, if you have recent X-rays or MRI reports, please bring them along for a more accurate diagnosis.

Can physiotherapy cure Sciatica or Disc Bulge?

Yes. 90% of disc bulges and sciatica cases can be managed without surgery. We use decompression therapy and specific nerve-gliding exercises to offload the nerve and reduce pain permanently.

Is the treatment painful?

Not at all. Our priority is pain relief. We use modalities like IFT and Ultrasound to reduce pain before starting any movement. Most patients feel immediate relief after their first session.

Do you offer Home Visits in Korba?

Yes, we provide home physiotherapy for bedridden patients, post-surgery cases, or the elderly in select areas of Korba (TP Nagar, Kosabadi, Niharika). Please call us to check availability for your location.

Do you offer Online Consultations?

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. If you have knee pain, shorts or loose pants are preferred. For shoulder issues, a sleeveless top is helpful.
